Why Is My Package Being Returned To Arizona?Updated a month ago

If your tracking shows your package heading back to Arizona, it means it’s being returned to our warehouse in Tempe, AZ.

This usually happens when the shipping address couldn’t be verified by the shipping company. That can be due to a typo, missing apartment or unit number, or an address USPS doesn’t recognize.

Once a returned package arrives back to us, we process all returns within 48 hours and will reach out to you to confirm or correct the shipping address to work on getting it shipped out again.
